1) Physical damage
2) Nutritional deficiencies
3) Poor water quality
4) Bacterial infection
Are the things I can find info about, but as to treat it really depends on which. Sorry all I can tell you without more info.

If you can refer back to the posting guidelines for this particular section, and make sure to include as much information as possible, including a clear picture, then we'll be able to assist you better and faster. Like Kevin stated, clouding of the eyes can be caused by a number of factors, all of which require differing treatments. Therefore, until more information is provided, and most importantly, your parameters and a clear photo, there isn't much we can suggest other than generic across-the-board treatments such as separating the affected fish from others, treating the water with a broad spectrum anti-fungal and anti-bacterial (Use a safe, gentle one like Pimafix and Melafix), raising the tank temp and oxygenating accordingly, performing a water change (remember to check filter media, and rinse if needed or change), etc. Other than that, there isn't anything specific we can tell you until we have a better idea of what might have caused the condition.

Thats good, but also bad haha, as it means you are not checking your water parameters enough, you should know if there is poor water quality before posting, as poor water causes problems with most fish so its the first thing that should be tryed/fixed. You have to keep track of the water quality, period, it doesn't matter what type of filter you are using or what type of fish you have, you should always know the conditions.
