was at my sisters house about 20 mins ago they have two turtles but one of them aint doing to good its eyes are all puffed up and cloudy she said shes gonna get it to the vets 2morrow some time but dose any1 have an idea wot it could be

Vitamin A deficiency possibly?

What's its behaviour like? Lethargic? Basking all the time? Is it blowing bubbles from its nose or breathing with its mouth open?

they always seem quite active when ever i see them they have 2 the other seems fine

best bet is to bring the little guy to the vet and get him checked out. It would be best to separate just in case whatever going on with it is contagious
