OK, if he's still eating try the peas.

Ok, if he isn't eating try Epsom salt, 1 TBS per 10 gals as a laxative to clear his digestive tract. I would do this in a hospital tank. Leave him for 24 hours to 48 hours and if it's an impaction it should clear. Once he's back to swimming normaly fast him for another two days and start a diet higher in veggies include peas in his diet about one a week and try the pellets I suggested. I would try this before useing any meds if this doesn't help we're prob dealing with bacterial infection.

Not Aquarium Salt, Epsom Salt. Try to get him swimming upright and eating 1st then worrie about the suspected HITH.

yeah treat with epsom salt like aquanero said and get him swimming upright, then if he is still not eating i would treat him with jungle parasite clear, have you seen his poo in the past? what color was it? GTs can be prone to parasites and if this is the case you would need to treat your entire display tank, but yeah first try the epsom thing in a hospital tank and get him swimming right first GOOD LUCK

ok then yeah treat with epsom and then treat your entire tank with jungle parasite clear to get rid of any parasites GOOD LUCK
