My 100 gallon is missing something. A centerpiece fish. Any suggestions? Here are the criteria:

-Large (8 inches+)
-Peaceful and mellow so as not to eat/kill my other fish, yet able to defend itself. Basically, a fish that the other fish won't mess up too much and won't mess up the peace in my tank right now.

Is this even possible? Preferably not a Pacu or Severum because I like my plants :P

100 Gallon Green Texas Cichlid, BG Jack Dempsey, Largemouth Bass (small), Small school of Giant Danios, Channel Cat, Common Pleco 1 Turtle (Squirt Turbo Rodriguez)
Looks like you're already overstocked, man. I wouldn't add anything, but I would remove a few.

The Turtle is in a different tank. The Channel cat I no longer have in there, the JD and Green Texas are awaiting the 55 gallon to fill up as we speak.

Large Pleco, maybe a rare one or Bala sharks (not sure if it be a show stopper...lol) but they're friendly and can get pretty big.

I would have left the jd ans texas in that tank and moved some of the smaller ones to the 55. A kadango is a large peacock looking fish not overly aggresive but quite eye catching. I think it would hold its own against the jd and texas but everybody will have a different opion good luck and happy fishing.

Just thought of this one too a male rostratus would add abeuatiful almost electric blue to the tank and ours is only aggresive with oter rostratus they grow qite large.Just a thought though.
