help!!!

I was cleaning my tank and snapped a Lilly from the bulb it is rooted in the substrait and has other lillys growen on the bulb will it survive this or is it a loss.
 
Thank you for the reply. But you said it wuld be trash it has actualy grown more after I broke it off it was a plant that was snaped not a pad stem the plant has sent up two more pads since then so mabe I got lucky. Mabe it will die later. Either way thank you for replying.

The primary plant isn't trash, the broken off part is.

Thanks Wyld I have a bulb that has been sitting for about a month with no sprouting but I didn't want to give up on it just yet. I will let it go for a while longer and hopefully we will see some sprouting.
