I have 5 tanks all totally covered about 2 million little ones every where in gravel in filters on decor on the top the heaters even .The tanks are full of LG triggers and LG puffers there all very aggressive tanks they are from 55g to 125 gal
injections would take about 200 years to complete on all the millions on little ones and adding cal paste I would need about 5gals of paste at least .
Is there any other options

First off, didnt see this, Hi from Stevens Point Wisconsin! :D

Secondly...if these are just FOWLR tanks...is there really a need to get rid of them?

You could consolidate some fish into tanks, and leave peppermint shrimp to work in one for a couple of weeks, switching your "cleaner crew" from tank to tank along with your fish.

Otherwise like I said there are the copperbandeds...

Get a copperband, they are actually pretty cool fish. I've just never had success with them.

+1...since the shrimp seem to be out of the question with the larger non reef safe fish.

But the problem with copperbanded's is that they are hard to acclimate, and once acclimated if they decide to eat aptasia, they will often times do a hunger strike when it is all gone.

Lol back in the day when I had them bad...some people would be like: "Those are anemones? Cool!" Then I had to explain why all my corals looked like poo.

i used it too aiptasia x....5 months later I got three in the intake of my filter. I now just let it be....because at least its eating something out of my water lol

A guy I talk to, old school salt guy, said he like to introduce aiptaisia into his sump because it is another means of filtration. I dont know how much it actually could filter out, but given that it doesnt need light to survive, it wouldnt hurt much.

Im still not going to do it. :grinno:

I don't really want to buy 5 copper-banded butterfly's one for each tank I also have 2 reefs but thankfully there not affected yet thats why I need them gone out the other tanks so they don't spread farther .
