Urgent help needed.
i just re-did my 115 tank and re-set it up using my pond water. i did do a 75% wc as the tank got repaired with silicon, this was before i filled it up with pond water.
Basically i have had some Guppies and a small con in there for 7 hours testing the water and so far they all look great, can i move my oscars into the tank now?

also what are the compatibility with one african cichlid in this tank?

BTW they are small oscars, around 2 inches. my other 2 died :/

Whoa...take it easy, it had only been 15 mins.

I'd say it will be alright as long as your filtration is cycled. If you're not sure, add only one Oscar at first and keep an eye on him.

lol sorry, well im sortof using one of these powerhead filters, its only till the weekend though as im going to built my filter using my 20 gal. i took the rish and moved them :/ keeping a good eye now

umm what should the gph rate be for my filter??

About 460 gph should do it, the water should be turned over about 4 times an hour, as an average rule. You could go higher if you wanted and with Os it might not be a bad idea to go for 6x.

Could i last 1 month with 300gph? im goin to order a filter which would take around tht long :/ the oscars are only like 2 inches long each :s
