I have a silver arowana about 2 month ago and i put him in 150gallon tank alone no other fish in it.

the problem ive been having is that when i walk by the tank or trying to feed him he start to get scared and jumpy

i put the tank close to my kitchen.

i already lower the water and he still acting weird when he see some1 walk by please help me i want my arowana to swim peacefully

young arowana get skittish usually from about 12" till about 20ish inches. too much tank lighting can make it worse, wearing red or orange when you walk past the tank is another serious trigger.

the things you can do to keep the arowana calm.. you can get him some busy and brightly colored tankmates. you can keep the lighting low. you can get floating plants. and you can be careful of what you wear when you walk past the tank. i no longer own any red or bright orange clothing, except a jacket that i keep in my car, NOT in the house.

and the most important thing.. keep the top of the tank covered and secure.

Lowering water levels doesn't do anything except making them jump even more. Silvers are skittish, its a common thing. If you're lucky, it'll grow out of it.
That's not true! Lowering water level help to prevent injury, reduce damage when the fish jump.

Great advices. It makes so much sense when you speak from personal experience, Catherine! :) Also, the bright green color (safety vest) may drive them nut.

Maybe it does, but unless you can lower your water levels by a foot or two, I don't think a few extra inches between the water and the lid really wont reduce an aro's jumping velocity. The more you make it feel cornered, the more it'll jump anyway.
