Eh - goldfish with no eyes, I would euthanize. Even if it manages to not get secondary infections, I would imagine it would be difficult for the fish to find food?...
Should be able to find food by smell. It depends on how you want to do this. the new tank with no tank mates and substrate is a good idea if you want to keep it but if you cant give it that then the best idea would be to euthanize it.
Sometimes they will live, mostly likely no. Was it one of the larger goldfish in with the arowana?
Take it out of the tank and cut its head off... or any other type of euthanization you would like.
I have a goldfish with no eyes few years ago and it have no problems with finding food and even eating feeder guppies which were intended to be the goldfish's tankmates. Of course the goldfish outgrew 30gal since it is a comet so I have to rehome the goldfish to the college which has a goldfish pond. From time to time I would see him surfaced up with his hungry pondmates.
