HELP!

I'm panicked right now, I'm really worried that my new severum has fin rot, but I'm not 100% sure. These pics suck, but he's so hyper so I can't get any good pictures:










BTW just ignore the rainbow sharks in the pic, his fins were destroyed by a buenos aires tetra over a year ago, chewed down so far that most won't grow back.

yeah i have, I've used it before for other problems, I think I'm gonna pick some up tomorrow, but I also heard salt helps alot too.
