he get like this if he ate to much?
 
and i have a 20 tall as his growout and the bubbles rnt hitting the bottom

Did you add DECHLORINATER???

i have tested water (good) lowered water level set temp correct he is still breathing heavily and fast dont know why he was perfectly fine this morning.
 
yes, dechlorinator was added water tem is now about 85. Other levels in water are within range.
 
could it possible that he ate too much cause i put 3 big feeder guppies in the tank for my newly added clown knife for it to eat and i think my pbass ate them
