Can anyone explain why my rope fish is acting this way he just stays there and wen he move he goes crazy!?!?!?

usually in bottom dwellers they either dig under rocks set atop substrate or get caught on something. sadly not much you can do but hope they recover from an injury like that.

Thanks it means alot,this is not my week out cat past away yesterday he was doing good, starting to eat and drink water,and at 12 something am my wife found him laying in his side with his mouth opened not breathing anymore :.(..
She's had that cat for 14 years...
I don't know if any of you know but I lost my fav fire eel in the whole world about 2-1/2 years ago I was sad for a good couple of months,now this guy man.....
