5" L190. Sunken stomach, sunken eyes.
Removed from comm tank.

Please advise on treatment.

It is so strange when none of the fish in the comm tank had any sign of sickness...

Try feeding it zuchinni this recently just happened to my Goldy Pleco where its stomach sunk and I started to put zuchinni in the tank and he is now fully recover.

I doubt so.

The comm tank has a lot of sinking Hikari massivore and other pellets. I have seen it compete with the birchirs for the food before...

I have placed it in the hospital tank now.

Try feeding it zuchinni this recently just happened to my Goldy Pleco where its stomach sunk and I started to put zuchinni in the tank and he is now fully recover.

This is what I would do immediately. Cut a good slice of zucchini and if you have a suction cup clip, clip it on there and it will be gone by the time you wake up.
