Yes, You can dose with both. Prazipro is for parasites. I would go with the pimafix and melafix. If it is eating you can soak his food in a solution of 2 cups water with 1 Tablespoon of epson salt. This will help with any parasites in the digestive system. If he is not eating try adding a clove of crushed garlic to the solution to help stimulate his appetite. I would also strongly suggest a heater. If not, you can place a blanket over the tank to help insulate it and the darkness can also help reduce stress.
i wish you the best of luck.. but i would not get hopes up.. too much stress ..new tank .just moved etc adds alot of stress to a fish in what looks like not so good condition.. but do not give up either.. i have seen the worst conditions turn around.. but definitly need heater ..changing the water is okay but too much is too much and impossible to keep even steady temp.. even a couple degrees off is alot for a fish..especially sick fish... and the fluctuation is even worse.. need steady temp all around the clock.
If you have it on hand then I would use it. If you are going to purchase some medication then I would get Maracyn or Seachem Paraguard. I have never used Maracyn but I hear that some people really like it. I have used Paraguard during quarantine. Hopefully someone with more experience with medication chimes in. In the condition he is in I would get anything that is broad spectrum (parasitic, fungal and bacterial.)
