next to my tank's
I need help tomorrow be sprayed for roach in my apartment and they tell me that I have to cover my tanks and disconnect the filters for two hours my question is how long can be my fish with out filter and heater

They can go for a couple of hours without a filter or heater. If possible, you can put an Airstone to provide oxygen

Your fish would be fine with AirStone but I would take tank water out in a bucket and run your filter while you wait. i dont know if your BB will die or not but why risk it.
 
I've lost power to my tanks for much longer than 2 hours. Unless you feed them within a few hours before you turn off the filters or have a massively overstocked tank, there should be no worries. Just cover the tank well (a 4mm tarp from top to bottom while taping up the bottom might be overkill, but...)

BAD IDEA on the airstone - the air pump sucks air (with poison in it) and pumps it into the water.

They will be fine - except if your tank is overstocked.

If you really are worried, get some of those Bag Buddies things.
