I mixed their food with Metronidazole but they won't eat. I'm going to clean my filters and dose the entire tank

What kind of filter do you have? Does it have carbon?

I have my discus barbs and bichir together then I have my rays RTC together. Then my acara and others in another tank. I have 2 canisters. 1500 cascades they do have carbon

You should try the 3% epsom salt injection through his esophagus if he is not eating. That is how I treated my flowerhorn and he got better after a few days. Make sure that the tube is sand so it does not have sharp edges and make sure it in the esophagus but not too far deep for injection.
