Help?

20 im upgrading into a 100 gallon tank soon but im not keeping the pacu and the RTC im gonna sell them when they get big enough.

You will be disappointed, chances are. I've been rescuing overgrown fish for about a decade. Most of them are hard to rehome for free. Very few people luck out and find a qualifying buyer. I'd guesstimate 1 in 1000+. If you don't care where your pet goes into next, then may be 1 in 100.

The only reason i bought him is because he is sitting in a stupid 1 gallon tank and the owner said he eats live goldfish which is bad

IMHO you are aiding and abetting. I had done it before great many times and learned my lesson. Buying from a shop or private owner only encourages sales and bad practices and eliminates the sense of responsibility. The shop gets more of what sells. The private owner again follows their ignorant whim. That's the end result of such a "save". Not to mention that you appear unable to take care of your new pets.

These are rescued 2-3 year old RTCs and pacu - they are 2'-3':

I'm Asian, and I grew up there and travel around South East Asia often. I pretty much see how this turn out with a typical Asian, buy fish don't have a clue about them, their wet pet grew too big. Next move is net them out and release them into nearby river...easy as **** because there is not freaking law nor anyone would follow the law, everyone broken the laws in all possible ways they wanted.
