Took water from my tank with most recent water change and added loads of media.
Normal tank is 150 with him and 2 tinfoil barbs. Water change 50% every week and a half-2. Had a wet dry filter. Quarantine is a 29 gal.
Yea sounds good, if everything else is eliminated I would personally dose with both maracyn and add a table spoon of salt per gallon.
Yea I added salt. I don’t have maracyn atm. I have api fungus cure, furan2, pima/mela. Should I use the furan? Maybe melafix just to calm him down and relieve some stress?
Best of luck to you. I have not been able to keep one past 3 years. All kinds of infections I've experienced. Usually incurable pop eye and eye cloud to the point the eyes bleed. I put them down
I guess I’ll just check on him in the morning and if I have to put him down I’ll do it. When do I know? What is the best way?
