Water parameters are good nitrates a lil high 10-20 test with api master. Already killed srt and another flowerhorn . Nothing on other fish in the tank im at a loss

I personally can't tell from the pix for sure, but to me it looks like damage and possibly the start of secondary infection from fighting incurred while killing your SRT and FH. Or it could be related to the stress he's been under doing all that fighting -- how long ago did he kill them?

But frankly I can't understand why you're at a loss -- you put 3 fish together (in what size tank?) that are hyper territorial and aggressive, and which normally do best kept solo -- just curious what possessed you to do that? Whatever it was RIP for the 2 that were killed and hope he pulls through ok. Depending on size and nature of the other fish in the tank, he might target them next.
 
Could be lymphocystis. Espnif stressed from other fish. Would add some salt 1 tsp per g and keep the water clean. Post ur water parameters when able.

Him and other flowerhorn were fighting lil bit. N he was mating with srt had 2 batches of fry. Tank is 180 gallon with a divider between 2 flowerhorns after i noticed the fighting. Flowerhorn died 3 weeks ago n srt last week. They were together for about 2yrs
