Is normal for arowanas to swim at he bottom for atleast a minute or two?

Yes ok for the Arowana to swim at the bottom occasionally.

If the Silver Arowana is eating and swimming wouldn't worry. It's possible it may be challenging it's reflection. If you continue to tinker with the water you can easily stress the Aro out.

The last WC that i did was at least over a month ago. Should i also change its background?

Yes.. He's eating..at least 4-5 superworms a day? Are these numbers OK? Is it OK for aros to have white backgrounds with minimal lighting?

No give the Arowana more time and if that continues the next couple of weeks then change background if you like.

That's probably fine for the Aro's size. Is the superworms the staple for the Arowana? Tbh never kept a Arowana or heard of being kept with white background.

Giving him mp as alternative coz he don't accept any pellets. I've tried not giving him food for two days, still spits his pellets..
