Interesting background for a freshwater tank.
How much space between top of water and top of tank or glass?
Any floating vegetation?

Probably has a fin split from injuring itself probably by knocking into glass. I assume the arowana is new since it is quite small still (juvenile), keep trying to feed it and it will eventually eat.
I bought it a months ago. He’s 4inch, space between top water and glass is 2inch. He has been swimming actively it’s been a week i noticed his tail are frayed and has not been feeding for 3days.

The tail seems fine to me, only that small fin split. When did it get that fin split?
The Tiger Oscar may be harassing the Silver Arowana so keep your on the Oscar. Honestly your aquarium is too small for either one of them.
Hmmm then I don’t think the fin split is causing it not to eat. Fin split could be due to Oscar aggression as tank is too small. What do you feed it and what are your water parameters?
