HELP!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
that ain’t around the corner!

maybe you could create shed or enclosure of some sort that could retain the heat
then heat the enclosure
i am thinking about doing the same. i ordered a sun shade which i will use to cover the top area of pond and then place a another waterproff sheet from front to prevent any cold air from coming in. the other three sides are covered by concrete wall.

Please remember....
The fish DID NOT ask to be in your care.
Therefore it IS your OBLIGATION to provide proper husbandry
Failure to do so is just poor form and a waste of time an money

He is doing his best, he's just a teen, like me. He doesn't have a whole lot of resources that others have, so go easy on him.

He wouldn't have asked for advice if he didn't care about his stock.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate that there are still guys who know that guys like me are trying their best.
anyways i want to ask whether a 8 foot round pond with height 20 inch or a rectangular pond(L:2.2metre W:1.5metre H:0.6 metre) will be enought
my stock:
1 RTC
1 pacu
2 poor genetics one foot ID sharks(won't grow any further due to genetics)
i am thinking about arranging a new indoor pond that will permanently house these fish

I would go for the round pond; it would be better because the fish can swim constantly and not necessarily have to turn around. But, do what you think is best.

Also, are you still doing an Arowana, or did you ditch that idea?
