hi i was going through some diy websites and came accross this DIY Trickle filter and i was wondering how hard would it be to make this they tell you how but then they dont tell you how to get the water back into your tank after its been filtered through. heres the website : http://www.aquariumlife.net/projects/diy-filter/111.asp
also in the last picture it shows a tube going throught the bulkhead what is that cause they dont say you need it up top and im really confused lol
