Really? No UVB bulb and you let him not eat for 4.5 months before seeking help/advice. I would say that doing things wrong is an understatement.
I would stick to CB specimens and make sure they have the proper lighting. WC turtles are difficult to get to fully adjust to captive life and it is 50x harder if they're babies.
