Nice...I just picked one up thinking it was a SA cichlid....till i got home and did my research....oh well, so far doing well in the 180g. Only about 2" and holding his own against SA cichlids twice his size

very very nice pair of elongatus. thinking of keeping a pair of these in a semi segregated state in one of the tanks. Egg crate retreat, for the female. tossing up between these and some nandopsis haitiensis.
