HENLYII / MOTORO PUPS !!!!

Hey all,

Just had some amazing pups ( 6 ) to be exact. My big male henlyii bred with my big female brazilian motoro. The pups were born on 2-27-07. All are doing very well and already look crazy ! I am moving them into thier own tank this weekend and will post better pics then. They are still in the 12 foot pond right now. The black bottom makes it hard to tell thier pattern. Never heard of anyone breeding henlyii with motoro before , so looking forward to seing what these babies will turn out like !

show pics of the dad.. and pull one out and put em in a white tub.. so we can see what they look like.. cause if they are real hen/motos i would love to nab one from ya

They are indeed just that. I watched them spawn. How long you been doing this? I have had rays for 17 years.
Pups are already spoken for. I am keeping 2 , other 4 spoken for.
If you read my post I am moving thme this weekend and will post more pics.

The Aquarium of the Americas in New Orleans had henlei x motoro pups a few years ago. Some of them made it out into the hobby for sale (other AZA organizations were not interested).

A guy in Seattle got one of them and it has bred several times with his male motoro.

Henlei x motoro pups look like dark morph motoros but they have spot(s) on their tails that motoros do not.
