New tank looks good, not sure about the squares on the bottom, seems a bit random but I guess Greg knows what he's doing. Can't wait to see it up and running.

update:
partially filled now
i have put in some driftwood and half of the ornaments and hides

on the corner with the fake plants, is the knifes corner.
hopefully no one kicks him out

i will put more hides for the loaches when completely filled.

just putting cold water in so far, not warm water yet.
will put on heaters last.

i also insulated the tank on sides and back, and 305 of the top. the filter sump is insulated also with polystyrene 75%.
retains heat very well.
 
awesome looking tank! im glad u invested in such a beast of a tank. it will definitely be sumthing u wont regret. there is a HUGE misconception thatg bigger tanks r harder to maintain but its quite the opposite. ull see ure water quality get much better and ure fish eating + swimming + growing more!
