Yeah, really cool fish, but absolute Arowana killers. I finally had to give mine away after he killed a couple silvers. The second one he killed was much larger than the pike, so I thought it was safe......wrong. Found it shredded on the bottom of the tank after a few weeks of co-existence.

mine is about 10-12"''s and will leave deep cuts in my pbass sides or mess up there fins, really tempermental will eat shrimp, pieces of fish and silversides but not much live anymore. he does not mess with anyother fish but my pbass but when he was smaller he would attack my little clown loaches but i saved them all. does anyone know how to tell male/female and does anyone have one that has red coloring in the anal and dorsal fins, because mine shows great red coloring but my brothers doesn't and looks way smaller buit he has had him for atleast 4-5months longer then me and in a bigger tank!
