i guess i was a little lacking in my id skills. im just used to my juvi tsn that doesnt look anything like that pattern. has a white stripe and spots, is it not a tsn then?

Throw up a Pic in the "catfish Media lounge" and i'll tell you what it is .... errrr... would a ID be media or informational? (Any Mods want to comment on that?)

Dont sweat it man no big deal.Yeah i love my Water Cow,he has such a good personality(reminds me of an Oscar)he does hand feed ,sometimes i am shocked by how much he eats!!The only thing is he/she is kinda wimpy it gets picked on by eveything in my tank(including 2 smalle pictus)I'm just worried he is going to snap 1 day!!!

i posted a link to a picture identical to my fish asking about juvi tsn patterns in the rtc tsn info sticky. (sorry to hijack your thread for a minute there.)

my water cow is always hiding in a stack of dish racks for an industrial dishwasher (the 2' x 2' kind) but as soon as i start feeding the other fish he will stick his nose out so i know what level he is at, then i stick my arm down in to him and he eats a whole fish fillet. he's a hog, and usually more of the aggressor than picked on.

ID threads = technical/informational forum

Showing off/Just sharing pics = media lounge

There are exceptions to that rule but for the most part that's where each should go. Media lounge is just like a photo lounge for each section/little community. You can of course use the general photo lounge as well, we're just providing you the option that if you want to post pics just for one section they have a photo(media) lounge to do so.
