Here they are...my brandnew Ctenopoma kingsleyae!

they are amazing. Their behavior and swimming style is almost like a puffer fish. they have great personality, the smallest ist the most mean one of them ha ha. They don't care about the bichirs and vice versa. Its also amazing how big their mouth is. you wouldn't suspect that.
 
You know what, not to down on you but I think those are Anabas testudineus aka climbing perch.
I have seen both species at my lfs and I was trying to figure out the differences because they look so similar.
I have been convinced for a while that they were the same fish but I did some research after seeing your post.
This is a cousin to the ctenopoma family.
These fish actually have a lot more character than the real ctenopoma kingsleyae though.

Nope, you are wrong, kingsleyae have single silver scale at the end of their mouth. Anabas does not have that. My Ctenopoma have that scale at their mouth.
