Hi everyone,
I'm Ollie, and I like fish.

I registered here to be able to visit the whole forum, and learn about how to keep big fish properly.
I've got 3 Oscars, 1 Red Bellied Pacu, 1 African Arapaima, 1 Datnioide Polota, 1 Fire eel, and about 85 other species.
I keep them in my cramped livingroom, in 16 tanks, total of 2500 liters.
And i try to keep them in social, endemic tanks.

As we say in Holland: Fish are my lust and my life.

Thank you all.
I'm very pleased to see so much Arapaima Gigas love here.
Still not able to realize an 8000g tank, I got myself the African Arapaima. Heterotis Niloticus.
Barely 3" long when I saw him at my LFS, now 18".
And a filterfeeder.
My biggest fish eats the same as my young fry.

Last june I had 100 different species.
Now it'll be around 90.
Most of the tanks are open for the plants to let their roots hang down.

I'm liking the fact I've got 220.00 liters going through the filters daily.
Only about 2000 watts.
