Here's what's going on

I'm just saying that I don't want to do fish because of the dresser. It's a pretty flimsy dresser, i don't know if it could hold 80 pounds and I'd prefer a reptile right now anyways.

Any more suggestions?
 
lol yeah but did i miss something? who suggested fish? umm sooo no snakes and has to be reptile?? maayyyybbbeeeeee........ anole? lol i dunno this is a challenge haha another amphibian would be some kind of salamander that stays smaller...

lol no one suggested fish, but since this is a fishkeeping forum, i thought someone was going to suggest it and I was just saying that they weren't really a choice.

I'm probably going to be allowed to get the Hognose anyways, if not I'll probably do some type of gecko, maybe another leo or a fat tail.

a dwarf chameleon might work in that tank if you get with of those screen tank toppers but they really should be kept in full screen cages.

You could keep a legless lizard in there for a while but would need to upgrade to a 30 gallon eventually. If your mom is ok with this, just get anysnake you want and tell her its a legless lizard
 
It will probably work out.. she said there was no way I was getting a 75g. What did I get a week later? a 75g..

It might just take a little time to convince her.
 
Here are a few i have kept over the years ad are easy to care for

anole lizards,emperor scorpions(not a reptile but my fav)treefrogs,smaller species of day geckos, crested geckos,maybe u can convince ure mother with a smaller snake species like a green snake , garter snake, water snake ect

lol I am thinking your mom is probably not that gullible. How dose she feel about big spiders? If she hates them more than snakes you could beg for one then "settle" for the snake.
 
I've actually tried asking for something worse then "settling" for the snake. She hates snakes, spiders, and rats.
