Pity, Afros are extremely beautiful and unique fishes. I get mesmerized by her when she swims around. Sometimes after a hard day's work and i'm on the brink of collapsing, i come home to her and i can watch her for hours without moving.

Here's a update for my favourite fish! I'm sure you guys have many fishes but there will always be one in particular you adore above everything else. Sorry the pictures are slightly off-focus and the tank isn't exactly clean. It is extremely hard to take pictures of a fast-moving fish in such low-light conditions, especially with manual focus. I only use a 2ft 20W light for this 6.5x2.5x2 tank of mine. It was midnight when i took these pictures and i had just gotten home from work so i just any-o-how snapped. She's 18" at the moment. If you have your own Afro, please share as well!

Anyway, i did a second round of pictures but this time with a 50mm lens. Did a bit more work as well; a 50% water change and scrubbed the walls clean!
