Hex or Internal Parasite

hi guys, my flowerhorn has recently taken ill, at first i thought it may be worms, so i wormed him, he then got worse, i then did a week of regular water changes no help
and 2 days ago i treated for internal parasites and theres been no change and im scared its hex, unless interal's and hex are the same?
Theres nothing physically wrong with him, He has long stringy white poop, he's dark, although still eating he's not doing alot, just hovering at the back all the time.
I cant seem to find anything that treats hex!
He only eats hikari. i dont feed him anything else!!

please help!

Which meds have you used so far? Metro and prazi?

no we cant get hold of that here, it has to be imported and im yet to find and importer.
I used a discus wormer first and interpet internal bacteria treatment.

What is it though? i mean when you type in white stringy poop it comes up with all sorts, even bloat, all say "darkened color, less active" ect

To me it sounds like internal parasites of some sort. What was the ingredient of the wormer?

the wormer was
Kusuri Fish / Discus Wormer

should i double to dose on the internal treatment? i agree i felt it was that too, im just suprised theres no improvement after 2 days

with the wormers it says the main ingredient is Flubendazole

He looks nice. Try RD's treatment with epsom salt worked wonders when my fish got Hex/bloated. The symptoms you describe are the same symptoms my flowerhorn had before the epsom salt treatment.
