Hex treatment

Can you get me a good picture of exactly what you think is wrong with this fish.

Yea I remember you telling me that. I just don't know how long he didn't eat before I got him. I'll keep going with the treatment this because since I've been home today, I haven't seen anything white come out. And he's swimming a little more

@aquanero, op said his flowerhorn has hex that someone diagnosed his fish for him. The fish was showing signs of hex. I gave option of Epsom salt thru force feeding since his fish wasn't eating. Or metro as an option. Op wanted metro. So I gave him instructions on how to treat hex with metro, this is where were at. I'm not sure if op has good pics before starting treatment.

Who diagnosed this? From the first page pics I'm leaning towards a bacterial infection of the digestive tract. That's why I wanted a better picture. I would try something different if no improvement is seen in two more days.
