get a rope fish, I have 2 now and I love them.. but they are escape artists so make sure your tank is sealed really well.... if you think its ok..it most likely isn't..seriously.
The rope fish can survive out of water for about 4 hours.. I have found mine behind the tank just wandering around. I have since gotten a new piece of back splash and trimmed it exactly to fit my filter and heater cords etc.
