This is just and observation I've made that may not be entirely accurate, but it seems like where ever I got to view/research Flowerhorns every one says "Bro" or a variation of that (brah, bruh, bru, brudder, etc.)

What the hell? Is it a cultural thing? Is it a surfer thing? A coastal thing?

I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere Indiana so it's quite possible that I'm out of the loop, but it seems like I'm reading a script off of MTV or Saved by the Bell.

It's not really bothering me, but it's only coming up in select places. I'm just trying to grasp what it's all about.


Please elaborate!
 
I think it has a lot to do with us FH keepers being "outcasts" of sorts....Have you ever seen two truck drivers, or motorcycle riders wave at each other for no reason? Same thing...lol Bro. It is like a brotherhood.

We do that around here for anything. If you drive certain car, you wave at others who drive the same/similar car. Harley riders wave at Honda riders (different wave, but it means the same). Maybe we're friendlier here LOL!!

I know that certain regions of the states have different tendencies, but on an international board I can't figure out the agreement to use seemingly played out 80's terms for a greeting.
I'll reiterate; It might just be that I'm in podunk nowhere and don't have a clue what's going on elsewhere.

I think that people use word "bro" it's to sound more "friendly". You gatta know that most FH keepers are Asians and with heavy accents. Just take it as a "FOB" version of being friendly and cool!:ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:
