sorry, no it doesn't.

:ROFL:Well like, alot of the people with FH's are younger and more new age, as is the word "bro". Like you you won't see any old guys saying "bro" and you won't see any old guys with flowerhorns. Generally.

Brah, been used since the 80's when I was a kid in Cali. Originated from the Pacific Islands, mostly Surf Culture (Hawaii in particular).....Ay Brah, check them waves eh? May have been around before then, I just didn't know about it. We used it alot when I was younger, and it was in all the surf flicks we watched.

Yeah, I know all the "brah" "bruddah" "braddah" language from my time in Hawaii but I could never use it without looking like a futless haole. ;-)

Earlier in the thread, they decided (unofficially) bra was the female form of bro...lol I was trying to include you based on the post I quoted...All I did was fail though:(

It's an Asian thing and Flowerhorns came from Asia ;) It's a sense a unity that the early flowerhorn/arowana communities had. For those of you who were here back in the 05', tons of people from Arofanatics.com would use this term like mad - and they all had one thing in common, they came from the far east :D
Hey Nice Chili Red der brudder.. go good wit dem PDR brah. gotta get yourself a KKZK my mfk brudder!

Alright chicken broths. It is not a cultural thing nor an Asian thing nor a flowerhorn thing. It's influence. Im Asian and I don't see it as my thing.
