Hey Gar Experts, Help-True Alligator Gar or Florida

Well, I left well enough alone and steered clear of the Alligator gar. However when I popped back into the other LFS the Florida's looked much better that a week ago. Picked up one about
9 inches. Will spend the next few days in qt before joining the big Poly's. (am treating for ICK, though no sign on the fish I selected-2 inthe tank still had some suspicous white dots on fins)
