Hey everyone, im keeping 6 juvenile silver and 1 juvenile pearl arowana in a 4 x 2 x 2 tank. im just thinking if its too much cause im thinking of buying some polypterus. please advice thanks!
Is this a grow-out tank before you move the silvers to a 900-1000gal tank? And, put the jar in its own tank before it grows into a silver killer? What made you decide that a 4ft tank was OK for 6 fish that can reach nearly 4ft?
Your better off with one but if you could get a 900+ go ahead
I was thinking of getting more than one back then but change my mind n glad I did
Here's mine
If a community is what you're after, I'd stick to fish that don't grow much past the 6-8" mark. At least until you have something larger than a 120gal.
then it seems you're confused as to why type of fish you can keep. they we're only offering solid advice. look into Africans or SA's if you want numbers in a tank.
