It's very rare to come across a jar that will remain peaceful. More then likely, the jar will take offense of anything else occupying his preferred piece of the water column and he'll simply harass and attack them until the stress (and wounds) kill them. It's not in the nature of silver aros to protect themselves against such attacks. They'd prefer to leave for safer areas which is impossible to provide in anything less than a river.
If it were me, I'd separate the jar and silvers.

But after my observation for a month, my jar tends to swim along the Silver pretty well maybe because the Silvers are bigger in size?

They're still juvies. Juvie aros are more defensive than offensive in everything they face. Fry try to stay away from bringing attention to themselves. It's instinctual and necessary since the species prey animals are looked at as predators until the fry outgrow them. The confidence adults exhibit is a continually evolving characteristic that develops as the young outgrow more and more of their natural predators and the roles reverse to where what used to hunt them as fry are now added to their menus. Once they transition to sub-adults they're behaviors WILL change.

Once my jar reached 10", he turned into a killer. Killed everything. Almost killed my bgk. Wasn't sure that my bgk was even going to survive his beating. I bought a pleco a little bigger that didnt stand a chance. I traded him in for 10 discus. Wish I had kept him though. Anyway, you're current aquarium is not adequate for 1 full grown silver arowana.
