Hey Gym Help please!!! take a look

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
My friend took creatine and he looks so much bigger than me, and we have weightlifting class together, and he's at 195 and I'm at 185(for bench), he also broke out real bad, so if you wanna look huge then creatine is the stuff for you, but if you wanna be big, the whey protein, and eating right and Working out!!! Oh and one more thing...... GET BIG SON!

yea i mean it doesnt bother me that much other than i was looking at my health records the other day. I am just not in shape like i use to be... i was 15 years old 156lbs.. I was a lean tennis/hockey playing machine!!!!.

Now i am an ex druggy that looks lanky and shiz. I don't like it at all.

Drugs will do that to ya lol. Get back on track!

Yea man i need too. Hitting the gym tonight.

Going to do some of the things benzjamin said. Some of the workouts he listed seem very promising and very familiar to what i use to do for varsity workouts. I should sleep like a baby tonight.

I am thinking about documenting my growth over the summer. Ill have my own comercial about how mfk got me big lmao....

Visibly how often should i take the pictures? one every two weeks?

well personally i dont use creatine but its a big supplement in college sports i kno a TON of football players using some sort of creatine its just to much water weight for me and once you stop using it you will lose majority of the mass you gained so it will get quite expensive to keep it up .

but just stay focused

When it comes to supplements, you just got to play around with it to see what works best for you.

I've used products from Muscle-Tech, BSN, Xyience, Cytosport, Twin Labs, Nutrex and generic stuff. I've been hearing good things about Concret Creatine. I take Cell-Tech from Muscle Tech and Monster Amino from Cytosport. The only good Muscle Tech product is the Cell-Tech, for me. BSN didn't do much for me. I also used to take Hydroxycut, but it didn't work that well for me. I then started using Twin Labs Ripped Fuel and got pretty shredded. Took Xyience later on, but that didn't do anything whatsoever. Taken BSN protein products which were good, Nitro-Tech was a horrible experience, and Isopure worked the best.

And anyone thinking I'm going overboard with all the supplements here, these products have been taken over the span of over 10 years. So I'm not some supplemental binge freak, lol.
