Damn it....hawaii state agricultural just made a new law needing a permit to ship fish........too bad nobody called me to tell me this...no fed-ex.....not the hawaii agro.....riverwonders didnt even know about this and shipped to hawaii recently and had no problems.....problem is the fish are probably gunna die..... I tried calling river wonders and they just said that we will talk tommorrow....this sucks considering the cirumstances.....hopefully the fish make it back to them alive.....also, hopefully they send me a new set of fish with me knowing that I just need to put up $5 and do a little paperwork to get them to me safely.....man this sucks........I will find out the scoop tommorrow....wish me luck,.:irked::screwy::nilly::(
Aloha MistirE..........can you tell me where you got the forms to fill out? I may have to buy out of state as my LFS is very expensive. Also, anyone from Oahu know of a good lfs that I can purchase a 180g tank? My lfs quoted me $2500. for a 210g All-Glass Aquarium:screwy::screwy:

Sure, its just $5 bucks for a permit....you need to give them a week or two and a date from the sender...you need to go to hawaii agriculture for this....after that no problems....I even spoke to the guy for a bit and he said there are ways around bringing in asian arowana's.....just too expensive for me....to much work....I'm happy with the black and silver arowana.......I did find a place online that was pretty cheap.....I forget the name...but it was all acrylics.....lighter and stronger......I got one.....anyhow, oahu will have more options then the big island.
