Nice! I went to Petco today and I was saddened by what I saw there. They had a huge African Brown Knife fish there and the poor thing was in a little tank and it looked sick 
I wanted to buy it and put it in my bigger tank and make it better but it would probably eat my goldfishes lol
I wanted to buy it and put it in my bigger tank and make it better but it would probably eat my goldfishes lolwell I got the pond up and running today! yay!! only had 1 small leak so far. which I already took care of. Ill be picking up a small 2" RTC at the end of the week to start growing out. and I got 50 rosy minnows in there starting the cycling. Its a all sand bottom with lava rock by the pump intake...to keep sand out and to add more space for bacteria. For filtration Im using a 3 drawer storage thing. 1 drawer for a drip tray, next one down for mechanical, and the last one is full of scrubbies. Hopefully ill be able to put the big channel and pleco in in about 3 weeks. As for stocking this is what it is so far.
1- 27" albino channel
1-15" pleco
50- rosy reds
1-12" florida gar
and im thinking about adding the following
6" royal clown knife...be growing him out a bit first
2"RTC also growing him out before putting him in the pond
15" TIG...if hes still there
let me know what you think about stocking

That sounds sweet! That's a big catfish wouldn't the pleco or gar be in danger of getting eaten? I've heard of catfish trying to eat huge fish
