I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you need a tank 2x if not 3x bigger then that for a marble cat shark, their recomended minimum is 180gal and get to around 3 feet long. But I have no experince with them so I would say ask about it in the shark/ray section for the best advice there.

The idea of getting a shark is what got me into this hobby myself, but upon further research I learned it would just be better to experience the easier parts of marine fishkeeping than to jump in with a shark. I'm glad I waited. Shark is a sure future investment though!

Currently I have none :( because I have been moving every few months because of school. Though I have plans for a 1000gal reef for when I have a more perminant place. Its going to contain around 6-10 tangs of a few different types, clownfish, 10+ chromis, 6+anthias, gobies, anemones, corals, shrimp, 10+cardinals, maybe some "reef safe" angels.

not really i read up that the marbled (bamboo) shark is reef compatible
