yeah he had a retarded oscar when i went there yesterday, and also a retarded flower horn..he also has those ginormous cats in his pond
 
not a buttifkori bichir, the cichlid one that has the giant bars.

the best lfs in the fv/hb area is 405 fish as far as selection/illegal fish are concerned. i was in 405 a week or so ago and they had a nice 14in motoro as well as some nice 3-5in golden/red aro's.

pacific reefs freshwater selection is horrible and extremely overpriced. i've seen 5-6in silver aro's priced at 39.99 and when i ask him about them he says they are "well worth it"....lol. tongs in fv is great. i know some people don't like them but i've been going there for more than 6 years now and always have a good experience whenever i stop by. d and d fish/pets in santa ana off of fairview/warner is alright. they get in oddball stuff on the regular and usually have a couple asian aros.

they weren't in the tanks the last time i was there, but you know its an asian if they don't have a price on the tank.
