grow, maybe, but that is a death trap for even one full grown peacock bass. a peacock bass would likely jump out of a 75 before it evens hits max potential size. that 60 would probably be adequate for the oscar for up to a year, and with enough filtration, a 75 is a perfect size aquarium for an oscar and a smaller compatible cichlid.

of course, "don't buy fish for the tank you're planning to have, buy fish for the tank you currently have" is very wise advice.
