Don't do a GT with those Oscars. I had an aweful experience with that. A JD maybe but I think your pushing it on Tank size.
I have 1 o in a 90 gallon who will not let his five ditthers (SDs) use more than 6 inches of one side of the tank.
If you could get a pair you might get away with 2 Os in a 100 gallon. Actually that's what I wish I would have done.
