Hi I got two blood red parrot chiclids the day before yesterday they are very small so I'm keeping them in a 2 feet tank but I saw that one is always staying at the top right corner near the heater and one is dominating the another they don't stop fighting I also added some hiding spots but still they are fighting what should I do I also removed green terror from their tank as I thought green terror are scaring them but still there behaviour is same pls someone tell how to fix it. As you can clearly see in the photo

Your tank is too small for blood parrots, that’s why they’re fighting. Try upgrading to a bigger tank (at least 3–4 feet) and add more hiding spots. If the aggression doesn’t stop, you may need to separate them.

i seperated the blood red parrot who was stressing the another fish and i have now only 1 fish in my tank single piece of blood red parrot i will add more 2 or 3 later but my tank size is length 1.5 feet height 2 feet width 1 feet i have also kept a flowerhorn in this tank but i have to return it after it growed about 1 feet it was super red dragon i am a teenager and my parents wont understand that they need a big tank and they will never give me a new tank.

About the best advice possible for the situation described was given in the previous responses. Anything different will not be good advice.

tank too small, straight up. Parrots get big, territorial and chunky

Where is the best place to buy healthy blood red parrot cichlids and get advice on tank setup to minimize aggression?
4-5 in a 125 gallon
2-3 in a 75 gallon
2 in a 55 gallon
assuming they will all get along. aquascaping and sight breaks. Parrots LOVE caves.

parrots can be anywhere from 6 to 10 inches at maturity. And thick.
