step one remove piranhas.
step two remove 75% of water
step three scoop the gravel into use a collinder (spaghetti strainer) to get the water out of the gravel
step four wash the san fill a 5 gallon bucket about a third full with sand and use a garden hose to wash the sand over flow the bucket and keep mixing the sand untill the water runs clear
step five put the sand in the tank
repeat four and five untill you have the right amount of sand in the tank
step six fill the tank with water. i then changed the water a couple of times.
step seven put the Ps back in.
it took me about an hour and a half to do my 75 gallon
